Our simple four step process provides you a fully customized design plan for your real estate project without you needing to make any material selections.

How Does It Work?

Step 1:
Discovery Call

Whether you’re looking for design guidance on a single kitchen or an entire flip, we’re here to help. We’ll start with a free discovery call to talk through your project details, budget, and scope so we can understand your needs and determine the best way to support you.

Step 2:
Property Details

When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll gather property photos or video, home details, budget, and your overall vision. From there, we’ll provide a custom quote tailored to your design needs—so you can move ahead with a clear, well-defined plan

Packages vary based on scope, starting at $399 for a primary bathroom design and up to $1,299 for a standard 3-bed, 2-bath home (approximately 1,600 sq ft). Custom and luxury packages are also available.

Step 3:
Design Selections

This is where everything comes together. Our team will source all materials for your project and organize them into a customized, room-by-room PDF featuring curated mood boards and clear finish schedule with prices, ordering links, and additional direction for contractors when applicable.

Step 4:
Final Delivery

We’ll present your design in a one-hour walkthrough and make up to two revisions to ensure everything is dialed in. You’ll then receive a finalized Design PDF with mood boards and and a complete Finish Schedule with pricing, links, and install notes (when applicable)—ready to hand off to your contractor and keep your project moving forward.
